well, I guess you aren't going to see the surprise this time, I'll have to get more skillful at retrieving and sending photos.
I was wondering what stupidity I could signal out for the past two weeks and decided that falling out of bed while turning on the light(which I do in the morning so that I can turn it off by the door switch)thus taking the lamp and smithering the shade would do. But no. I put a load of dishes to wash with my new liquid dish washer soap - I was astonished to see mounds of suds coming through all the door cracks. Mopped up and ran it through without soap and when I did a load later, I read the directions which said use sparingly, so I measured with a teaspoon. I was astonished on opening it later to find bubbles all over the drying dishes. THEN I read the label - it was dishwashING soap, not dishwashER. Well, I got a lot of clean towels out of that experience.
My friend Michael is working on a holding pen for the bantams as I write. They are becoming very destructive an nibbling on any green shoot. Now they will have to lay in the quiet of their shed and I won't be treated to the squabbling and squawking that goes on in the garage.
My grand daughter Anna is coming tomorrow for the night and bringing her VERY tall friend Billy. His job will be to open and clean out all the bluebird houses, and maybe, just maybe I'll get a blue bird or two this year. Apparently the early scouts come mid-March and if they find clean houses they may be tempted to tell the others.
Started some seeds in the greenhouse and the next morning I found that tiny paws had dug them up. Whether they ate them too remains to be seen. If so I'll have to find some replacement Blue Marble Eggplant seeds, as these had been entrusted to me.
So signs of spring and new growth are very evident and I rejoice. Love to all
